Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from our facility in Utah. Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within two business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@thealpinestoreco.store.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and any secure delivery locations at your address. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
